Mpala Group Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a reservation or using our services at Mpala Group. These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with us and set forth the rights and obligations between you, the guest, and Mpala Group.


Reservations and Payments:


1.1 Reservation Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Mpala Group. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion.


1.2 Guest Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the reservation process, including your name, contact details, and payment information. Any changes or modifications to your reservation should be communicated to us in a timely manner.


1.3 Payment: Payment for your reservation will be processed according to the terms specified during the reservation process. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website or agreed upon in advance. You authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount of your reservation, including any applicable taxes, fees, and charges.


1.4 Additional Charges: You may be responsible for additional charges incurred during your stay, such as room service, minibar consumption, spa services, or damages caused to our property. Such charges will be added to your final bill and must be settled upon check-out.


Check-In and Check-Out:


2.1 Check-In: Check-in time is typically in the afternoon, as specified in your reservation confirmation. If you require an early check-in, please contact us in advance to inquire about availability. Upon check-in, you may be required to provide a valid identification document and a credit card or cash deposit to cover any incidental charges.


2.2 Check-Out: Check-out time is usually in the morning, as stated in your reservation confirmation. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Failure to check out by the designated time may result in additional fees.


Guest Responsibilities and Conduct:


3.1 Compliance with Policies: You agree to comply with all policies, rules, and regulations communicated to you during your stay. This includes but is not limited to policies related to smoking, noise, pets, and the use of our facilities. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without refund.


3.2 Damage or Loss: You are responsible for any damage caused to the property or premises during your stay. This includes damages to rooms, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. In the event of damage or loss, you agree to reimburse the Group for the full cost of repair or replacement.


3.3 Safety and Security: You are responsible for the safety and security of your personal belongings during your stay. Mpala Group does not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal property.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:


4.1 Cancellation: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of reservation, rate, and season. Please refer to your reservation confirmation or contact us directly to inquire about the cancellation policy applicable to your reservation.


4.2 No-Show: If you fail to arrive on the scheduled date of your reservation without prior notice, it will be considered a “no-show,” and the reservation will be subject to cancellation charges or forfeiture of the reservation deposit.


Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, Mpala Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your stay, the use of our services, or any actions or omissions of the or its staff, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Mpala Group is located. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.


Changes to Terms & Conditions:

Mpala Group reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for any changes. By making a reservation or using our services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you should not proceed with your reservation or use our services.
